This all new video battle action game is a direct hit for high repeat play. It challenges
skill...Players control the speed of the destroyer with fast or slow speed settings. By turning the control, players move a horizontal line, visible on the monitor, that shows depth at which depth charge will explode when released. It challenges
timing...By pushing the control, players zero in the depth line marker on randomly running subs and launch one to four depth charges at just the right time to score a hit. It challenges
incentive: Highest score to date is displayed in the Attract Mode.
Two Types of Targets
To add the replay challenge and excitement, there are two types of sub targets that travel at different speeds and depths below the destroyer. Players can aim for higher-point, harder-to-hit subs as skill increases. Scores vary from 25 to 200 points per hit, depending on difficulty, and are flashed on the screen.
"In-the-Picture" Realism.
"3-D" visual effects, realistic explosion and sonar sound effects literally put the player in the middle of Destroyer's spectacular action.
